Terms and Conditions

1. Safety

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our cleaning professionals is our top priority. For this reason:

Our staff will not lift or move heavy furniture (over 15 lbs), flip mattresses, or clean areas requiring risk-prone physical effort.

We do not handle biohazardous materials such as blood, vomit, feces, urine, or any other bodily fluids.

If signs of pest infestation (e.g., roaches, rats, maggots, or bedbugs) are observed, we reserve the right to cancel the service immediately, and the full service fee will still apply.

Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

If a cleaner feels unsafe for any reason and leaves the site, the client will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

2. Scheduling

We provide a 2-hour arrival window. While we try our best to accommodate preferred times, we cannot guarantee exact arrival unless specified and confirmed in advance.

Any last-minute scheduling changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.

3. Service Limitations

We do not clean blinds or drapes, nor do we clean walls, ceilings, or exterior surfaces.

For safety, we only climb a maximum of a 2-step ladder. Higher areas will be cleaned using extension tools.

We do not provide services in homes with hoarding, mold, or sanitation risks.

We do not clean inside biohazard zones, pet waste areas, or litter boxes.

4. Home Preparation

Please declutter and tidy the space before our team arrives. Dishes, laundry, toys, and personal items should be put away.

If your home requires excessive tidying before cleaning, an additional deep cleaning fee may apply.

5. Payment Requirement

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Zelle, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and cash. We do not accept checks.

Full payment is due at least 24 hours before the service. Unpaid appointments may be cancelled automatically, requiring rescheduling.

6. Cancellation & Lockout/Turned Away Fee

If our cleaners are unable to access the property due to a lockout, alarm system, or if turned away at the door, 50% of the total service fee will be charged.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are also subject to this fee.

7. Booking Confirmation

Submitting a request via our website or app does not guarantee availability.

Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive an official confirmation email or message.

Please contact us directly if you have not received confirmation within 12 hours of booking.

8. Satisfaction, Refunds & Re-Cleans

We do not offer refunds unless we fail to show up or confirm your appointment.

If you are unhappy with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge.

Re-cleans will only be performed once and must be scheduled within 2 business days of the original appointment.

9. Valuables & Personal Items

Please secure any fragile, sentimental, or high-value items prior to service.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of unsecured valuables or unattended cash or jewelry.

10. Repairs & Damages

EverClean Cleaning Services® is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, such as loose fixtures, improper installations, or worn surfaces.

Notify us in advance if there are items or surfaces needing special care.

Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We will assess and, if appropriate, repair, replace, or compensate for the item.

Items not properly anchored or in delicate condition are the homeowner’s responsibility.

Surfaces like wood, marble, or granite must be sealed and appropriate for standard cleaning products.

11. Pricing & Adjustments

Service prices are subject to change based on inflation, supply costs, and industry conditions.

Clients will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. We remain committed to affordability and transparency.

12. Employee Solicitation

Our staff are highly trained professionals. Recruiting or offering direct work to our cleaners outside of EverClean Cleaning Services® is strictly prohibited.

If a client hires any employee (past or present) privately within 3 years of their employment with us, they agree to pay a $2,000 recruitment fee to compensate for training and staffing costs.

13. How We Use Your Information

We collect and use your information to:
● Respond to inquiries and service requests
● Schedule and manage cleaning appointments
● Send service confirmations and updates
● Share occasional promotions or announcements (with consent)

14. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Everclean Cleaning Services® related to scheduling, service reminders, and updates.
